3. Knead and fold the dough until it is coated with the baking mix.
4. Pat the dough out on a floured surface and cut out biscuits using a round biscuit or cookie cutter.
5. Melt the butter in the bottom of a cookie sheet pan or a 9×13 casserole dish.
6. Place the biscuits on top of the melted butter in the pan.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
