This is how I pickle garlic all year round: I serve it as a garnish, add it to soups and add it to salads (well, it turns out pretty delicious)

- – Black peppercorns
- – Parsley, finely chopped
- – Hot pepper rings
- – Dried mint
- – Sweet paprika
- – Salt
- – Vinegar essence
- – Boiling water
