2 and 1/2 tablespoons melted butter , cooled to room temperature
1 egg
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2/3 cup buttermilk , or 1 teaspoon vinegar mixed with 2/3 cup cow’s milk
For the Glaze
3/4 cup icing sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
3-4 tablespoons cream
2 teaspoons corn syrup light or dark
sprinkles optional
