Banana Cream Cheesecake Bars


Directions:

Combine crushed biscuits and melted butter, and press into the bottom of a lined baking tray to form a base. Chill for 20 minutes.
Blend bananas until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, banana puree, heavy cream, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Stir in the dissolved gelatin until well combined.
Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Top with whipped cream, sliced bananas, and grated chocolate before serving.
