Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Lasagna



4. Assemble the Lasagna:
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
– Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
– Spread a large spoonful of sauce to cover the bottom of the pan.
– Create a layer of the lasagna noodles, overlapping each noodle by about 1 inch.
– Cover with 1/3 of the sauce.
– Spread half of the ricotta mixture on top.
– Top with half of the shrimp and a handful of the shredded cheese mixture.
– Repeat the layers: noodles, sauce, ricotta mixture, shrimp, and shredded cheese.
– Finish with a final layer of noodles, the remaining sauce, and the remaining shredded cheese.

5. Bake:
– Cover the pan with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
– Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes, or until the cheese is hot and bubbling.
