Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese



 Directions:

Prepare the Garlic Bread:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
3. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on the cut sides of the baguette.
4. Place the baguette halves on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and keep warm.

Cook the Shrimp:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season the shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Grilled Cheese:
1. Slice the garlic bread into sandwich-sized pieces.
2. On one slice of bread, layer slices of Monterey Jack cheese, followed by a portion of the cooked shrimp, and another layer of cheese.
3. Top with another slice of garlic bread.
