Ingredients:

1 9-inch pie shell, baked
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups whole milk
4 large egg yolks
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup whipped cream
Toasted coconut flakes, for garnish
