Cranberry Orange Bread


Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in orange zest.
In a separate bowl, whisk together orange juice, buttermilk, sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing just until combined. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
