Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

1. Cook the fettuccine pasta following the instructions on the package until it’s just right—don’t overcook it! Once done, drain and set it aside.
2. Season your sliced chicken breasts with the Cajun seasoning, making sure they’re nicely coated.
3. In a large skillet, heat up the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add your seasoned chicken slices and cook them until they’re nicely browned and fully cooked, which should take around 5-7 minutes per side. Once done, take the chicken out of the skillet and set it aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add in your sliced red and green bell peppers, along with the sliced onion and minced garlic. Let them cook until they’re tender, usually around 5-7 minutes.
5. Now, pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, giving it a good stir to mix everything together. Let it come to a simmer.
6. Time to bring everything together! Add the cooked fettuccine pasta and the cooked Cajun chicken back into the skillet, making sure they’re all coated evenly in the creamy sauce.
7. Season your dish with paprika, salt, and pepper according to your taste. Let the pasta simmer for another 2-3 minutes to let the sauce thicken slightly.
8. Your Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta is ready to serve! If you like, garnish it with some chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy your meal!
