Crockpot Cheesesteak Potato Casserole


1. Prepare Ingredients: Thinly slice the beef sirloin, dice the potatoes, and thinly slice the onion and bell pepper.
2. Layer Ingredients: In the crockpot, start by layering half of the diced potatoes, followed by half of the sliced beef, onions, and bell peppers. Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
3. Season: In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over the ingredients in the crockpot.
4. Cook: Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
