Divine Cherry Crumble Bars



Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×9-inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish to create a crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool completely.
Once cooled, spread the cherry pie filling evenly over the crust.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add a few drops of pink food coloring to reach the desired hue. Carefully fold in the whipped topping.
Spread the pink cream cheese mixture evenly over the cherry filling.
Sprinkle pink decorative sugar crystals over the top for a delightful finish.
Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares and serving.
