Fudgy Dairy Milk Caramel Blondies


1. Preheat the oven:
– Preheat your oven to 150°C (fan).

2. Prepare the baking tin:
– Line an 8×8” baking tin with parchment paper.

3. Melt the butter and white chocolate:
– In a heatproof bowl, melt the unsalted butter and white chocolate together, either using a double boiler or by microwaving in short bursts, stirring frequently until smooth.

4. Mix the wet ingredients:
– In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar together until well combined.
– Add the vanilla extract and the melted butter-chocolate mixture. Mix until smooth.
