Garlic Sauce for Pizza


Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until the garlic is fragrant and just starting to turn golden.
3. Stir in the dried oregano, dried basil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
5. Allow the garlic sauce to cool slightly before using it as a pizza sauce.
