Grilled Cheese Roll Ups


Tightly roll up the bread slices with the cheese inside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and brush with some of the melted butter.
Place the roll-ups in the skillet, seam side down, and brush the tops with more melted butter.
Cook, turning occasionally, until all sides are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Serve immediately with tomato soup for dipping, if desired.
