Henny Butter Shrimp


Directions:
1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
2. Stir in honey, Hennessy, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet, and cook until they are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
