Preparation

First, separate the eggs.

Then beat the egg white until stiff.

Put the remaining ingredients and the egg yolk in a bowl, mix and finally stir in the beaten egg white.

Now pour the quark mixture into a greased baking tray sprinkled with breadcrumbs.

Now bake in the preheated oven at approx. 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 60 – 70 minutes without opening the oven door. Let the cake cool in the oven.
