Jelly Fruits

In a medium saucepan, combine gelatin and water. Let the gelatin soak in the water for 2-3 minutes.
Heat the saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add the sugar and orange juice to the pan. Continue stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Place the chopped fruit in dessert ramekins or a large baking dish.
Cover the fruit with a layer of the prepared gel mixture.
Place the mold in the refrigerator and let the gel mixture sit for at least 2-3 hours, preferably overnight.
After hardening, the finished gel dessert can be served by cooling it and adding fresh fruit as a decoration.
