Directions:
Prepare the Crust:
Combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust. Set aside in the refrigerator to chill.
Make the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, Nutella, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is homogenous.
Spoon the filling over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Add the Topping:
Before serving, sprinkle the top with toasted hazelnuts and add chocolate shavings and extra whipped cream if desired.
