Pina Colada Mocktail Recipe

 cup of chilled pineapple juice and 3/4 cup of coconut cream
2-cups pieces of frozen pineapple
rum extract, 1 teaspoon
*Optional: add half a cup of ice for pina coladas with a thicker consistency.
As a garnish, a wedge of pineapple
As a garnish, pineapple leaves
Instructions
Blend the pineapple pieces, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and rum extract until smooth. Add the frozen pineapple chunks and mix well.
If you prefer your pina colada with a little thicker consistency, gradually add approximately half a cup of ice and mix until completely smooth.
