Red Velvet Cheesecake Balls

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup red velvet cake mix (dry)
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1/2 tbsp shortening
Red sprinkles, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the red velvet cake mix (dry) to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until fully combined.
