Instructions:
1. Puree Cucumbers: Take your chopped cucumbers and blend them in a blender until they’re smooth. Then, strain the cucumber puree through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher. Use a spoon to press on the solids to get out as much liquid as possible.
2. Mix Lemonade: Now, in the pitcher with the cucumber juice, add your fresh lemon juice, sugar, and cold water. Give it a good stir until all the sugar is dissolved. Taste it and see if you need to add more sugar to suit your preference.
3. Chill: Toss some ice cubes into the pitcher and stir again. For the tastiest lemonade, let it chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
4. Serve: When you’re ready to enjoy, pour the cucumber lemonade over ice and don’t forget to add those thinly sliced cucumber and lemon slices for an extra refreshing touch.
