Refreshing Peach Lemonade


1. Start by blending the peeled and pitted peaches until they’re smooth.
2. Strain the peach puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to get rid of any solids.
3. In the same pitcher, mix the strained peach puree with the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar completely dissolves.
4. Pour in the cold water and give it a good stir to blend everything together.
5. Taste your peach lemonade and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sugar.
6. Pop the pitcher in the fridge and let the peach lemonade chill for at least an hour before serving.
7. When you’re ready to serve, fill up some glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled peach lemonade over the ice.
8. Add a few fresh peach slices, lemon wedges, and mint leaves to each glass for a nice touch.
9. Give it a gentle stir before serving to make sure all the flavors are evenly distributed.
