  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup crushed saltine crackers
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
