Stew cabbage with a spoon of tomato paste. One touch turns it into a hit on the table

Finely chop the cabbage, cut the onion into small cubes and cut the carrots into thin strips. Heat up the pan and fry the onions and carrots first. After 2 minutes, add cabbage to them and sauté the vegetables until soft.

Then we make room in the center of the pan and add our secret ingredient – a spoonful of tomato paste. Now add sugar, mix everything together and pour in a little water.

Cover the pan with a lid and leave the vegetables to simmer for 15 minutes. Now remove everything from the heat and add butter. It will make the cabbage even more delicious.

Cabbage can be served either as a separate dish or as a side dish for meat.
