Strawberry Cheesecake Trifle


1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until it’s nice and fluffy. Set it aside.
2. In another bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until it’s smooth and creamy.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to keep it light and fluffy.
4. Now, let’s assemble our trifle! Start by arranging a layer of ladyfingers at the bottom of a large glass trifle dish. Give them a light brush with the orange liqueur or juice.
5. Spread a layer of strawberry jam over the ladyfingers.
6. Add a layer of the cream cheese and whipped cream mixture over the jam.
7. Place a layer of sliced strawberries on top.
8. Repeat this layering process until you’ve used up all your ingredients, finishing with a layer of strawberries and a few mint leaves for a fresh garnish.
9. Pop the trifle into the fridge for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to let all those delicious flavors meld together.
