Sweet pancake casserole with quark filling

A smooth mixture may be achieved by using a hand mixer to combine four eggs, fifty grams of sugar, and two or three cups of milk for two or three minutes.
To make a smooth dough, add the wheat flour and knead well. Stand aside for ten to fifteen minutes.
Fry 10–12 meatballs in oil in a skillet over medium heat.
• Oil a baking sheet and set oven temperature to 180 degrees.
• In a dish, whisk together two eggs, one hundred twenty grams of sugar, cottage cheese, and lemon juice. Divide the mixture among
breakfast food.
• Arrange the pancake in an ovenproof dish.
• Pour the melted butter mixture over the pancakes. Whisk in the egg yolk and the rest of the sugar until smooth.
• After 30 minutes in the oven, remove from the pan and top with fruit milk or red currant jelly, if preferred.
