Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 40 ml olive oil
- 50 ml of water
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
- 3 sprigs of rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
Preparation
- First peel the potatoes, roughly cut them into pieces, put them in a saucepan with plenty of boiling salted water then let them cook for 10 minutes .
- Now put the oil in a coated pan, add the rosemary and garlic, stir and let it sit until it turns a brownish color.
- Now strain everything into a bowl, remove the garlic and rosemary, add the potatoes and mix with a spatula to season.
- Once this is done, place the potatoes in a roasting pan lined with special paper, ensuring that they are evenly distributed, and add 50 ml of water to the roasting pan.
- Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes . Go back at least once. Finally, place in a bowl and season with fried garlic and rosemary.
