Turtle Cheesecake Brownies


Preheat Oven: Follow the brownie mix instructions to preheat your oven. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Brownie Batter: Prepare the brownie mix in a large bowl as directed on the box.
Cheesecake Mixture: In another bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
Layer: Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan. Dollop half the cheesecake mixture and half the caramel sauce on top, swirling with a knife.
Add Ins: Sprinkle with half the pecans and chocolate chips.
Repeat Layers: Add the remaining batter, cheesecake mixture, caramel, pecans, and chocolate chips. Swirl again.
Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until set. Test with a toothpick for doneness.
Cool: Allow to cool in the pan on a wire rack before slicing.
