Unicorn Poop Truffles

1. Prepare the Dough:
• In a medium bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, vanilla extract, salt, flour, and milk until well combined.
• Divide the batter into three equal portions in separate bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl, mixing until you reach your desired colors.
• Refrigerate the colored dough for one hour to firm it up.
2. Form the Truffles:
• Scoop about ½ teaspoon of each colored dough and roll them into small balls. Place them on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
• Freeze the dough balls to harden them, making them easier to dip in chocolate.
3. Coat in Chocolate:
• Melt the white chocolate candy melts according to the package instructions.
• Dip each truffle ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re thoroughly coated.
• Immediately decorate with star sprinkles and assorted sprinkles.
4. Chill and Serve:
• Return the truffles to the cookie sheet and freeze until they’re ready to be served.
• Serve the truffles directly from the freezer for the best texture and flavor.
Tips:
• Make sure the dough is properly chilled; this makes it easier to handle when dipping in chocolate.
• Get creative with a variety of food colorings for a fun and colorful batch.
• These truffles are perfect for parties or as a special treat and can be made ahead of time.
