Easy Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:

For the Rolls:
– 4 tablespoons white sugar
– 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
– 2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
– 2/3 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 tablespoons butter, melted

For the Glaze:
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions:

1. **Preheat and Prepare:
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8×8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

2. Prepare Cinnamon Sugar Mixture:
– In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of white sugar and cinnamon together. Set aside.

3. Make the Dough:
– In a large mixing bowl, combine Bisquick baking mix and 2 tablespoons of white sugar. Mix well.
– Add milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms, but do not overmix.
