Ingredients:
• 8 leftover biscuits (stale ones work great)
• 1 packet (28g) butterscotch pudding mix
• 2 cups whole milk
• 4 eggs
• ½ cup soft brown sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup butterscotch chips
Toppings:
• Butterscotch sauce (you can buy this)
• Vanilla ice cream (if you want)
