Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Lasagna


Shrimp
– 453.59 g raw shelled shrimp, tails removed
– 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
– 453.59 g oven-ready lasagna noodles

Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Sauce:
– Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
– Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and celery. Sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
– Add the garlic and Cajun seasoning. Cook for 1 minute.
– Pour in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

2. Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
– In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar, jack, and mozzarella cheeses. Toss to combine.
– In another mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, Cajun seasoning, and a handful of the shredded cheese mixture. Stir well to combine.

3. Prepare the Shrimp:
– Chop the shrimp into small pieces.
– Transfer to a mixing bowl and toss with Cajun seasoning.
