Dark Romance Chocolate Blackberry Cake


1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Fresh blackberries

Directions:
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans and line the bottoms with parchment paper.
Prepare the Dry Ingredients:

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Prepare the Wet Ingredients:

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine the Ingredients:

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth. Carefully stir in the boiling water until the batter is well combined.
Add the Blackberries:

Gently fold in the fresh blackberries.
