Rotel sausage and cream cheese crescents

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the cooked sausage and Rotel mixture until well combined.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of the sausage and cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up the crescent rolls, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the pointed end. Place the filled crescents on the prepared baking sheet.
